When Words Hurt is a superhero typing game where you must type onomatopoeias to fight off evil spaceships trying to destroy the Earth.

The game features three unique bosses that change the way you type:

-Foxuo, the Ninja: While he is active, you won’t regenerate as much time when validating a word.

-Ive, the Treeman: While he is active, you must type the number of letters in the word (e.g., BAM → 3).

-Tabe, the Painting: While he is active, you must type the word in reverse (e.g., BAM → MAB).

Bosses appear every 30 words and only affect the next 3 words.

How to play:

1.Press the Play button on the main menu.

2.Click on the blank text box at the bottom of the screen.

3.Type "start" to begin.

After that, type the word shown on the screen. If the yellow bar at the top depletes completely, you lose one of your three lives. The only way to refill the bar is by typing a correct word—it refills slightly (less if your combo is high).

You lose when all your lives are gone, and your final score will be displayed.
