I've never played a good Jam entry before, but this is STUNNING. The puzzles are designed so you need the new abilities, like a classic Metroidvania, but... IN A WEEK?! Honestly the pixel visuals make this more appealing to me than actual Metroid.

nice concept but it has some quite problematic flaws:
water doesnt kill you.

when you go down and all the way to the löeft (in the room where you jump to the left higher and higher, with spikes between the platforms.
falling into said spikes doesnt kill you.
fell down to the spikes on the far left and it didnt kill me, trapping me.

in the same room, when you leave the room through the top exit, you enter from the left to another room.
said room can only be left thorugh the bottom, which brings you back to an earlier room with an unreachable top exit.
saying, there is jsut a completely useless 3 room circle path that doesnt do anything.

now I am also stuck cause I got the only 2 abilities availlable so far (map and no-fall-damage) and only ppssible exit is in the very first room to the top right.
which you cant exit cause you cant jump too high.

thats what I have seen so far.
so gotta look into msot stuff and best jsut playtest it a bit yourself :-)

oh yeah, as the other guy said, in the browser, you have to fullscreen the game.
otherwise, in the normal smaller view, you dont see most of the game screen,including the player

Hello and thanks for the feedback, I'm going to correct the spike that don't kill you but I think you made a mistake saying the water don't kill you because it works really good when I play the game (Maybe you haven't been in water for long enough, which would have killed you from drowning) The three room connected is made on purpose, it's here to show the strangeness of the place you are in.

Thanks for the feedback, I don't know why but the game can't be fully seen outside full screen, I also don't know why the control are this floaty, in Unity it's not floaty. Extreme bloom mode is just a joke where the screen is fully white.
